- Fresh fruit of fresh fruit juice (without sugar)

- Honey or jam (1table sp.)
- Dairy product : yoghurt or cottage cheese, or low calorie cheese
Lunch
- Endive salad with suits
- Braised beef with carrots
- Tagliatelle
- Orange and grape fruit salad
- Red beet and lamb’s lettuce salad
- Whiting filet with lemon
- Braised fenuel
- Apple tart
- Cucumber in a yoghurt and dill sauce
- Roast chicken
- Courgettes with tomatoes provence style
- Mashed potatoes
- Tangerines
Dinner
- Leek pie
- Lettuce heart, salad dressing, cottage cheese (0% or 20% fat) and fresh herbs
- Pear cooked in wine
- Pumpkin soup
- Stuffed pepperoni (with beef)
- Rice
- Yoghurt
- Fresh pineapple
- Carrot, leek, celery soup
- 1 egg with chives
- Green salad
- Cottage cheese
- Fresh fruit (banana, kiwi, apple, litchi) cooked in buttered paper
NB: quantities should be adapted to the person (sex, age, and mainly weight and activity)
The fats:
Should all be vegetable: groundnut for very high temperature, otherwise olive, sunflower or grape pips oil.
The dressings:
Colza, olive, sunflower, sesame, walnut (preferably virgin)
For spreading:
Margarine coming from non hydrogenated vegetable oils.
